I am a spayed female & I look like a American Staffordshire Terrier mix
The shelter staff think I am 1 year and 5 months old.
Rosie is a 51-pound girl who was returned to the shelter after being adopted as a puppy in 2024 and is now looking for the right fit for her forever home. She is active, playful, friendly, and enjoys being around people, with experience living around children ages 5 to 12 as well as other dogs and cats, though she will do best in a home without any game animals since she has a strong instinct to chase birds like ducks and chickens. Rosie has spent much of her life outdoors but enjoys being inside as well, and while she’s a bit nervous in the shelter, she is sweet, social, and walks well on a leash. She can jump and dig under fences, so she’ll need a secure yard and a watchful eye, and she would like to meet any other dogs before going home with them to make sure everyone is a good match.
